I don't think you are right. There is a requirement to disclose the terms of the agreement. As a matter of fact the SEC discussions talk about a long-term lease and how the terms of that must be disclosed. That is exactly what we have here. A long term lease of oil and gas acreage. The company has committed us to a substantial financial obligation in the form of some type of signature payment and probably some sort of exploration expenses as well. We have the right to know what they committed our company to.
