Oh, wow, really... THAT is the so-called court order naming Wanderport as a defendant?? That's just the decision of some Canadian regulatory board saying a handful of people are barred from trading the shares. We've seen that a million times, it has been addressed repeatedly on this board and by the PR they released. It does not in any way accuse the company of any wrong-doing. It even specifically says that the mentioned companies were pumped and dumped by these people. It happens big time in penny land every single day. Does not in any way mean the company is accused of anything. I am not even sure it's even technically possible to accuse a company of insider trading, only individuals.
We've had much better efforts on this board over the last two years.
