That's pretty much what Peter told us, "the upfront installments are well within our capabilites".

All this other stuff is noise.

If that's the case...I think we just got some junk, not proven oil reserves. And by "junk" I mean the odds of finding oil in those blocks is equivalent to the $1 million penny slot in Vegas.

No one is going to get quality blocks for just "installments that ERHC can afford" and no other consideration...just my opinion.

Krombacher - the above may be wrong, especially in some weird bizarro universe like Africa, I guess.
