ok,

fine, everything else is "noise". I can accept that.

Two formulas:

Formula 1 ---> long shot property / small chance of oil / abandoned by other oil companies

= installments on a signature bonus well within ERHC capabilities.

Formula 2 ---> proven oil / great Chad deal / quick production / revenue very soon / 50% includes barrels upon barrels of oil

= what you call "noise" --> interests in JDZ/EEZ/ERHC shares.

So, how am I doing? I suppose since everything is noise, you are in the Formula 1 camp?

Ok, good enough for me.

Hence, I guess I'm with Formula 3 then --->

Chad = much ado about nothing, ERHC rises when SNP decides to drill next year.

Krombacher - so where am I wrong? The above may be wrong and fictitious.

I have never heard of a signature bonus being paid in installments so that statement is bizarre. But what isn't bizarre about this company. I think DK should look in the mirror if he really wants to see something bizarre. I have never seen a company this uncommunicative or less straight forward and it is his job to correct that. He has failed to do so. And it is not about just one thing. It is about everything they do. It really matters little how often they update us if they just raise many more questions each and every time they say say anything and then don't even answer the already existing questions. The number of questions just keeps growing and as a result the share price just keeps sinking.

It is really sad that they don't seem to comprehend this or even care. I guess that is what happens when you have management that has zero skin in the game and managment who is joined at the hip with the largest shareholder. Every share management owns has been given to them. None of them has ever spent a dime of their own money to buy a singe share. What does that tell you?
