Two formulas:
Formula 1 ---> long shot property / small chance of oil / abandoned by other oil companies
= installments on a signature bonus well within ERHC capabilities.
Formula 2 ---> proven oil / great Chad deal / quick production / revenue very soon / 50% includes barrels upon barrels of oil
= what you call "noise" --> interests in JDZ/EEZ/ERHC shares.
So, how am I doing? I suppose since everything is noise, you are in the Formula 1 camp?
