That AMBULANCE CHASER would have to prove that someone bought stock simply because of that fact....which is ridiculous....people bought stock because of the revolutionary Plastic2Oil process....NOT because of some assets on a balance sheet...not to mention that it is still DISPUTED if that can be considered an asset or NOT....depending on WHICH accounting method you use.........z

And FURTHERMORE, you would have to prove that the disputed accounting entry was the CAUSE of the price drop......which is EQUALLY ridiculous, considering that the drop happened due to the actions of persons *unknown*, and WAY before suck accounting entry was even discussed........z

11 million dollars appears to represent about 20 cents per share. That is relatively speaking peanuts when the reference is to a stock price of 4 or 7.5 dollars per share.
