You have alluded to the notion that a private placement deal with Mesh Global may be in the works. And, if indeed, one is........

Mesh Global is a Private Company, not a Public Company.

Please read the following which is law:

There may be a Business Plan that Mesh Global will submit to its purported private placement investors; a document that you nor any of us will ever see....imo
