It sure would be interesting to see what they disclose in the prospectus. It should include the names and backgrounds of the principals, what the company actually sells, current and proforma financials, the actual agreement(s) with MediaG3, the details of the so-called Boise project, the address of the state-of-the-art production facility, the patent application numbers for the patent-pending technology, the number of employees, details about the relationships with the listed vendors, suppliers and whatever they consider Ubiquity and Corning to be, etc.
