Well hasher I have to agree. At this moment it is about CMKX not filing. If they would of just filed than proving a possible NSS on their company would of been more realistic.
All the followers say well they cannot file cause the share structure is so screwed up. Ok so for the last 2 years they could not of squeezed one filing out.
By their own admission at the hearing they have no records. How can they file anything now anyways.
So yes if they do not file CMKX is gone and all the followers will still say Urban is a God.
