Didn't Sargent finish up his cross today on the trading records of CB specifically on 12/31/09, the day after the confie expired? Someone posted earlier today that sometimes it could take more than 24 hours for docs to get public on kcc. I know back when everybody started mass-filing objections docs apparently we're date stamped and entered later.

I'm hoping we don't have to remind the highest paid attorneys on Wall Street to get exact trading times. If we do we are in trouble.
