"No Update" An arb decision is not considered an update. Does she just mean that there just isn't anything new to report? If so, maybe there is still hope for a settlement.

When you say update, do you mean that they have not received nothing yet from the ICC or that they have received nothing from the iCC and have not been informed of any extension by the court.
