If we can reconstruct the timeline and sequence of event it becomes much easier for the authorities to build a working case. The evidence will be presented and they can cross-check for accuracy.

For what its worth, I don't believe Brendan was an unwitting accomplice (maybe at the beginning, but certainly not later on). I may be wrong about that, but from what you say and the fact that he's still working with Sutton I read something different.

I've never contacted the company directly, so any emails you, or anyone else, have should be built into the narrative.

Ike deserves to spend time in Riker's.

Thanks Oil for the insightful information. This is clearly a sad and really unfair situation. I'm new to this game, so I'll let the more experienced investors like yourself work out a way to seek justice.

Regarding your statements concerning "an unwitting accomplice", a conversation with him on Facebook approx a year ago lead me to be VERY weary of his intentions. I wish I could PM you and tell you about it, but I am not a paid subscriber and prefer not to publish the conversation.
