You have a point regarding the "tens of millions of dollars", but regarding whether only gas was found, Dan also stated very clearly:

He, my friend, guess what, the mofo's got another year for analysis.

And I think that is were the whole crux of the game is, they found a lot more to work with, but did not label it as T-gas, Hydrocarbons, oil, or whatever... because "the are looking for the controlling element"................................

The answer is simple...
I haven't seen where DK is saying that we are guaranteed tens of millions...even if no commercial outcome occurs. I have to assume that he is talking about if commercial is found and developed. So that statement cannot be twisted into some kind of proof that they found something and are not telling us. They just won't violate their contract with SNP as long as there is still a chance of further drilling and actually finding something. That is all he is saying IMHO.
