The answer is simple... I haven't seen where DK is saying that we are guaranteed tens of millions...even if no commercial outcome occurs. I have to assume that he is talking about if commercial is found and developed. So that statement cannot be twisted into some kind of proof that they found something and are not telling us. They just won't violate their contract with SNP as long as there is still a chance of further drilling and actually finding something. That is all he is saying IMHO.
