Fink's shipment was First-Class, not Priority.

From the USPS website:

Delivery Confirmation may be used with the following services:

First-Class Mail® Parcels
Priority Mail®
Package Services Parcels - Includes Parcel Post® , Media Mail® , Bound Printed Matter (paid by permit imprint only), and Library Mail.
Standard Mail® Parcels - must be less than 16 ounces and mailed at the electronic price.
Parcel Select® - must be mailed at the electronic price.
Hold For Pickup - Shipments are mailed and held securely at designated Post Offices up to 15 days depending on the product selected.

Actually it did I think. Thanks.

I looked up my receipt and there is still a question in my mind that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Mine shows acceptance on 7/7/11 at 1:48pm and processed through Sort Facility on 7/7/11 at 9:12pm in Las Vegas, NV 89199. That would be 12:12am on 7/8/11 here in Baltimore.

Then it shows "Electronic Shipping info Received" on 7/8/11 (no time given). Not sure what that means.

Then it shows "Processed through Sort Facility" on 7/9/11 at 2:40am and finally delivered to me at 9:52am on 7/9/11.

Somehow it just doesn't sound right.
