Yes it was... What i'm referring to is how the USPS looks at the package. also has to do with what time you deliver your parcel to them. it is 2-8 day delivery for first class package. Throw in delivery confirmation and they (usps) know it is a priority. Not public knowledge (or anything they will admit) on how they look at it just a theory. Vegas may also be s main airport hub for USPS. Looks like USPS has upped thier service quality to get back some of the business they lost to Fedex and UPS.
