they can raise the authorized just as long the due bills have not been issued yet, he can probably issue s-8 for the sales of the last week as well, it is up to the company, is it wrong yes, this guy is no dumb cookie and he knows people in high places, the SEC is here to help facilitate the problem he probably was told to do f/s and the stock would trade on the grey sheets, he would get fined a few $$$ end of story and move on... the SEC will not reverse any trades at all, remember this is just a pinky i am surprised they spent any time on this shi t company
