Mr Black's PR track record shows a person who is trying to pump a stock and now suppress it for gain.
If the PPS were to jump slightly above .01 he'd be in a tight spot. I'll bet the MMs keep that from happening.
It's obvious he knows he has no clout with investors so he made up the board of dirs for credibility. There is no such thing. He wants us out and fast at minimal cost to him.
