It seems he is always trying to pump it to .01. I think (and I think you are saying this too) is that he wants the price to run up so traders take a profit as he buys all their shares. Yet he doesn't want it to go above .01 because that is where he is averaged in at.

I think he knows HNSS is worth much more than a penny per share. It is likely another company has offered him much more due to the patents and he wants to instigate volume so he can buy before he sells the company to maximize his personal gain.

Not the decision I would have made as CEO. A lot of people have put their trust in him and invested a lot of money based on the opportunity for success. Time to put out a detailed PR about the buyout offer as well as tell us everything that is going on with HNSS. Give us the same pps you would get (not .01 per share) if you sold the company tomorrow.

What more do you want? Some of you are letting obvious short sellers scare you and getting you to post against your own self interests. Look at the obvious short marketmakers, VNDM and VFIN. They never show their size, yet they are the ones who try to stop every rally and new bashers suddenly appear on this Board to help them. Their comments are never supported with facts, only slurs. For those of you who are sophisticated traders, this should be good news -- a sign of short seller desperation.
