Professor Anderson is a partner in the National Tax Office of BDO Seidman, LLP, where his practice is focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, S corporations, capitalization and cost recovery, and related tax accounting issues. He currently serves as Chair of the Capital Recovery and Leasing Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, and also serves in a variety of other roles in the Section.
