Kevin D. Anderson
B.B.A., summa cum laude, University of Wisconsin—Whitewater; J.D., cum laude, University of Michigan; CPA. Professor Anderson is a partner in the National Tax Office of BDO Seidman, LLP, where his practice is focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, S corporations, capitalization and cost recovery, and related tax accounting issues. He currently serves as Chair of the Capital Recovery and Leasing Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, and also serves in a variety of other roles in the Section. Prior to joining BDO Seidman, Professor Anderson was a partner in the Sub C Group of the Deloitte Tax LLP Washington National Tax Office. Prior to joining Deloitte Tax, he was a member of the Treasury Department Office of Tax Policy, most recently as an associate tax legislative counsel. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, he was a partner at Foley & Lardner, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
