Heck its posted at the top of the page.
Hi Douglas
Funny how another business person knows exactly the question to ask....smile
I will post a "mission statement" or something close to that which will do what you want. We have to do things for all stockholders at one time. However I will tell you a few things that anyone would get talking to me or one of my people whether it be retail or wholesale, if they called.
Having built one tractor company (as well as other companies) I know the things that can really stunt growth right off the bat. When you are going to add dealers and attract consumers as a NEW company in a lot of areas, you must have your ducks in a row. Nothing is worse then starting up and having holes show up in the dike. Then people say "yes I have seen the new Tytan people, but they dont ..........................." So to answer you, more important then grabbing big sales right now is to get the things ready for the starting line, first. We have all of our Warranty preparations ready, We have the new products in Tractors & implements being produced or coming for first small orders in next 30-90 days, we have done lots of study on markets for new store locations, Catalog is complete, Parts room is stocked but we are implementing bar code tag system where everything is identifiable (huge job), We have identified advertisers we want to work with locally and nationally, we have the insurances that are needed to be properly covered, we have three trucks and trailers (one dodge cummins 4WD is new to us), we are planning to import quantity orders of tractors through the Kalama Port (contract is being worked on now)(this is a formality only but this gives us a 20-25% advantage over any other importer from what we have researched) , This Kalama Port issue gives us enough wiggle room to have freight prepaid to the dealers doors, this has spawned the idea that we will expand to do out own trucking cross country eventually. We already have a 50' close box trailer purchased, We have new tractor products and features being developed that will come out into production models over the next 18 months.......... We differ from others in that we own our own tire, fender, hood, backhoe, chipper, fuel tank molds etc etc Other companies are not making those investments in the way we are.
So we have long, long term plans to be the leader in the competitively priced tractors. We expect to win with a stronger & simpler built tractor, prices 30-40% less then the big guys,
better implements then anyone on the market at very attractive prices, better freight costs then anyone can offer, better service then anyone in our regional stores which will filter down to dealers we also add, and better financing. We have key things being worked in all these areas. The idea is to be in a class of our own ! No one can compete. Then when we add dealers, we can pick and choose the very best sellers and servicers.
Hope this gives you a glimpse to where we are going.
bye
Mark
