I agree Dan, trying to predict future earnings is a stretch especially using the current O/S...

Words of caution are always welcomed!

Thanks

Dan to the rescue with some sober-minded thinking... Over the weekend i was drinking too much of what Joe and Chris were drinking! :-)

The only thing i'd quibble with you on here, Dan, is that i believe AMY is funded all the way through the feasibility study, especially with what looks like some warrant excercising and selling going on (albeit low volume).... I bet the co. has a few extra million bucks from this activity by next Winter, e.g., March 2012, when the bankable feasibility study supposedly is due, going on CEO Larry's comment of two months ago that it would be "5 or 6 months after the pre-feasibility study" was complete.

300k shares.... I think i won't be wrong in saying "You lucky dog."

I would add to that that there are 13 million debentures convertible at .40 cents. So any large spike in price would likely see some selling from those guys. 80 cents would be a double for them and it's also the top of our trading range. I think it will take very big news to bust above that.

I think we will be range bound between .50 and .80 for quite some time

Dan,

Always good to see all opinions. Keep in mind we will be producing EMM/EMD and probably LMD. We actually do have a pretty good idea what the EMM prices are going to be. For the last 4 years it has been over $1.50/lb. Given demand is probably going to go up over time and supply in China is most likely going down I don't see price going below that. My personal guess is we will see over $5/lb by the time we get into production.

On the pilot plant. I am somewhat familar with how the process will work. If you have spent any time in processing mills there are parts that scale and others that can cause bottlenecks. I don't think scaling is going to be a problem. I also think there is a lot of evidence that what they have applied for patents on works. Too many experts have already been out in the public talking about it.

As you mention there are risks. I see the rewards far out weighing the risks and thats what makes succesful investors. Obviously the reason you own a nice amount of shares.

Joe

Dan, speaking of prices. I read that prices for Manganese dropped substantially from the peak a few weeks ago. Is that a concern for you guys here?
