bill, if they are phantom shares, then someone has to come up with them. And it is NOT me. That's why they have insurance, are bonded, etc etc. I have made copies of EVERYTHING, including a daily copy of my POSITION page in the AT account as well as a daily copy of the GAINSKEEPER page, which originally showed the GVRP shares as a discrepancy. By Wednesday, they were no longer on the GAINSKEEPER page, which would be the 3 day settlement period. I sold after that. I'm just sorry I didn't put sell order in on ALL of them. When I sold Wednesday, there was strong bid support. As my sell was getting filled, the MMs quickly disappeared. People were saying it was BID WACKING. It wasn't, it was a real shareholder, selling his real shares in his account.
