Expo is alive for one reason and one reason only...they can print their own money. Any band of morons can run a company if they have an endless supply of money available to not only satisfy their own greed but to substitute for their endless screw ups, total lack of business skill and disasterous financial decisions. Expo Holdings loses money constantly. Their current management team would appear to be unskilled and fairly inept by their own admission. They seem to exist solely to turn shareholder equity into cash for the insiders and principals through discounted share sales to PIPE funders and other accredited investors, NOT to earn profits selling cabinetry and product displays. This isn't opinion. It's all bourne out in black and white numbers published by the company itself. The company is very likely BROKE. Nothing about their cash flow has "stabilized" nor will it ever as they apparently snatch their recycled COGS up the second they become available through their factoring accounts to minimize the chances of it ever being seized or because they have no other capital source to maintain the "front" that is the display business. Expo has ONE significant account, IMHO...Lowes and the order for 20K displays. PERIOD. The rest, once again IMHO, is doublespoken slieght of hand built off that one order or off some other small, insignificant orders. There just doesn't seem to be any other explanation for their lack of revenues than that speculation. Expo's failure has little if anything to do with the economy. They lost $347K in 2005 before they went public in the best construction and home store economic environment in 50 years. They would have gone broke then if they hadn't gained access to free capital through going public. They have just changed from a failed business that sold displays at a loss to a failed business that converts shareholder equity to cash through discounted share sales to PIPE funders and other accredited investors that HIDES behind the front of a failed business selling displays at a loss.
Maybe the same things about Expo Holdings, Inc. SHOULD be published "over and over" so they maybe will get a chance to SINK IN. All IMHO.
