SBB, your statements regarding EXPO seems to lean towards not believing their credibility. Certainly you don't think they are going to miss their reduced revenue projections for 2010 of $9-11m [after all some here were guessing over $20m ;-)]?! Oh well, summer is upon us, time for EXPO to liven things for the fall.

Respectfully request some definitive clarifications for this country boy?
What defines a company insider as opposed to principal(s) within a stock or corporation? I'm probably getting these two terms mixed up, the same way as some have confused the definitions of issued shares and outstanding shares.
As time allows would you also clarify the definitive accounting terms/meanings between issued shares and outstanding shares.
