#98104 RE: Santa Barbara Broker #98103

while i appreciate a good *discourse*

there is nothing posted on this board
that hasn't been posted a few 1000 times b4

how the co. came public is well known
when they *traded* on the pks is well known

the fact is that the economy cratered within
15 months of that event <jun '07 - sep '08>
to the WORST levels *depression* wise of expo
trading on the pks and yet the co. is very much alive

they are alive based on their top notch customers
and the quality of the work they do .. mgmt's integrity
and in the last 18 mos *imo* locals who understand basics

and while the SS isn't ideal .. it's no where near levels
*elsewhere* .. lastly this *actual investor* has never
invested in any OTC co. without expecting a r/s in due
course .. as with everything else ... it's what it's being
done for that matters .. clearly the deeper into 2011 expo
goes without the new ceo transitioning .. the more it's obvious
that that a r/s isn't on the table for current mgmt .. it's also
equally clear that cash flow has stabilized since there has been
zero by way of AS increases or certs issued in over 22 weeks

==

while i can't give a time frame .. i can certainly
articulate what i believe will get that transition
*done* .. that is the COH .. that comes from that
middle of the road payer .. for that nice sized order
that shipped out a couple of months back .. that more
than 2 exph investors were kind enough to *discuss*

again .. legit co. that survived the *attn* given it
on the .. er .. OTC .. which imo was far more brutal
than the worst economy in 70 + years .. which is saying something

imo .. in due course that too will be addressed

you nailed it
The never present business plan common to expo and its pink sheet brethren . Amorphous at best. Never defined for more than short time. Always woefully inadequate and never successful at any *level* except that perhaps some contact was made with a decision maker somewhere in a big company who agreed to think about giving something a try and now it's PR fodder. YAY!!
Yep, that's what we're always waiting for.. some semblance of business knowledge and desire to increase value to shareholders, A plan for gawds sake!, but it never happens. The shareholders are there purely to serve the interests of the insiders who built the house of cards.
And it just gets sillier by the minute as we read the most pathetic defenses of this business "model".
