I'm saying, imo, the 800 pound gorilla more resembles an 8 pound spider monkey so far. Where was Susman on the IT issue? It took a single shareholder Nate Thoma to act on that. The reality is that Susman has no skin in the game. He doesn't own shares, he wasn't hurt by the seizure - so how hard do you really fight?

Let's see if that 800 pound gorilla comes out during confirmation.
