No.

GNAU, the company, owns shares in GCLL.

GNAU shareholders have shares in GNAU the company but not any direct ownership of GCLL shares. There is no "split option". Whether you bought GNAU shares last week, today or a month from now does not matter.

The purchase date of your GNAU shares would only matter if GNAU announced a distribution of GCLL shares out to GNAU shareholders, in which case you would need to own GNAU shares by the record date of such a distribution to qualify for it. GNAU has not announced any such distribution or even the intent to do one. They are under no obligation whatsoever to do so.

For now, the GLCC shares are just an asset on the balance sheet like inventory or buildings or accounts receivable. Period. Shareholders own a slice of the entire balance sheet but do not directly own any assets shown on it.

The split of shares will happen when they are ready to do it.
It will generally be when the company wants to make room for another company purchase or start up.
The 3rd 10q should reflect the total value of this company which is ending September now as they have not opened the New Symbol for trading yet.
They filed the 10k the 27th of June and now it is just a matter fo getting a marketmaker and one form for them to start trading.
Right now they appear from the filings to have the 1.1 million they needed for the first year now and this is ready according to the 10k to start the MFG and revenues in August.
This will give them 2 months on the there second quarterly and two more for there first fiscal year or 8 months revenue the first year.
The 10k is very helpful and the 424b they filed has the full business plan.
I would suggest when you have time to read over both as it has some great plans in it for all the new products now and coming.

One other Note.
Both JGYGLI and I have seen many key target dates on these filings between the 15th of July and the 1st of August.
We have also seen many new S1 forms for financing and with them now answering emails I see much more coming the next couple of weeks by way of Filings and News.
They have to report in August again for both companies.
GNAU will be there second Quarter and the GCLL it will be there first quarter.
I am speculating but I do believe they have much to share right now and with the Auto parts market fragmented right now from Japan disasters I fully expect they have taken advantage of that.

I see them topping four million this quarter and about 50% or more in increase.
Add in the booking of GCLL in the third quarter when it trades and they have a great year plan for us shareholders.

There team is very sharp and working on many new things.
Again the WIKI links Jgygli has on the newsletter are very Informative.
