For now, the GLCC shares are just an asset on the balance sheet like inventory or buildings or accounts receivable. Period. Shareholders own a slice of the entire balance sheet but do not directly own any assets shown on it.

Whether they divy or not, this will be a new revenue stream for GNAU which will be a win win for all. As you can see from the filigs and agreements on the net, this has been in then making for some time. Excellent buisiness plan and execution in the making. This will be revenue generating and not just an asset on the balance sheet.
