Hey Ugotringworm,

Can you please lend me 55M for a cyclotron. I will build it SOMEWHERE in the United States and I hope to have that county/municipality on board.

I believe POSC IS pre-approved for the financing by the lenders.

Do you think they should have a PR about pre-approval or maybe just wait and PR the actual signed deal?

Is this a self-defeating argument for you? You want the horse leading the cart but you argue against it. Just because you dont know what/if financing is lined up doesnt mean its not there.

Location is not a formality--it's an important factor. A cyclotron can't be located just anywhere. A central location close an airport would be rather important. You know this as well as everyone else. They have most likely weighed their options and decided Noblesville is the best location for a number of reasons.

I agree that financing is probably a done deal, but would imagine it is complex, involving multiple sources. We will know soon enough.

Go ask your banker for $55M. Doesn't matter if you have solid credit or not, he would want to know all the finer details of what that money is going to be used for. $55M is a lot different than $55K.

Actually, there are many, many steps even before financing as not just anybody is allowed to build a cyclotron. All is proceeding in the order it should be, no matter how much you rant about it not being in the order you want it to be.
