I believe the parties involved in the private side of financing, are looking at a much bigger picture, and location is just a formality. The private parties considering financing are not holding back to see if the city votes yes or no. If pat actually has the private financing in the bank, and has proved it to the city, the vote will be yes! Its that easy!!!
This is not like buying a house, or setting up a local retail hotdog stand. In this case, states and the federal government are looking to create jobs and are juming at offering incentitives to companies like POSC.
POSC could locate this business anywhere in this country. However, one locaton might make more sense than another. I assure you that the location, was and is a part of the presentation to private investors. However, the main contingency for the private financing will not be based on location.
If you have solid credit and a relationship with a banker, you can get pre-approved for a house loan without knowing the location. BAD COMPARISON!
