Seek, my mistake to say CNPC...

Should be CPC/OPIC (the Taiwanese). They were awarded the block in January 2006 and if their PSC was like Energem's they had to relinquish 50% after 5 years. So I assume that is what happened and ERHC picked up that 50%.
