Al E Gater- What Frizzell is going to do re: the NSS and providing all relevant information re: their company, CMKX also could do the same, if it wanted to.

What ever info Frizzell can share with the shareholders re: their company, CMKX can do the same, if it wanted to. CMKX is a public company and must be trasnparant and provide info to its shareholders. It hasn't, thus the SEC hearing.

Just what info do you feel the company cannot share with its shareholders that Frizzell can?
