1. Resume trading, a PR explaining the reason CYSG was being diluted, and the steps that were taken to eliminate that problem.
2. Announce buyback 30-50%, and support bid. (Most pinkies announce BB and dump). A true bid supported BB would be huge.
3. Only do a RS as a part of a merger agreement.
4. Reduce the authorized the same ratio, in conjunction with the RS.

These steps would propel the PPS upward, and would need only a 1-5 or at the most 1-10 RS.

to Request a 10-1 Reverse Split!!

LOL.. well.. You can't say I didnt tell you this was coming! ..of course, you can TRY and spin it any way you like.

Once again, proven right.

but.. thats only ****************IF*************** this ever trades again.

You still have to overcome THAT hurdle which is FAR from likely.

So, now we're supposed to believe there's some "reenergized" attempt to get this reinstated? obsurd.

Let's hear it from THE COMPANY.

Definitely not. Is Nick trying to soften up shareholders for a reverse split through you ? When shareholders here that bought at .0065 get there money back let him reverse split all he wants.

This has to increase 30 fold for shareholders to get there money back. Its quite rare not to see a pinky stock decline after a reverse split. I assume he will keep the A/S at 4 billion which gives him another 3.6 billion shares available to dilute. He is certainly ticking all the boxes for the typical pinky CEO.

It would make it much easier for him to exercise a buyback before any reverse split. IT would be quite easy for him to buy 1.5 billion shares up to .002 with an average around .0013. Costing 2 million, this would actually help his shareholders something i have yet to see nick do.

Buy as much shares back as possible and retire them. (2B-3.5B if possible) It's the best way to do this, considering what shareholders have been through. Lowering the A/S would also help.

Only stocks with stability can pull off a 5-1, 10-1 R/S without the PPS falling back down.

I bet Mr. Toms could easily buy 500 million shares, if not more, between .0001-.0003 the first couple days of trading if he really wanted to.

Just a thought. Getting this trading again should be #1 on the list though.

I bought this stock based on the "Nicholas Toms Theory"
Nic Toms and his management team have had some changes since i bought this stock., Changes IMHO that are good for this company Thomas Janes , Divesting some dead weight asserts ,all good
He has NEVER DONE A REVERSE SPLIT and it should stay that way

1st thing that needs to be addressed is shareholder acknowledgment and an update on the re listing procedure.
( The company now needs to comply with actions instead of just words.) IMO the company should buy back 30%-50% of the common shares as Lex mentioned then convert them to treasury shares.
They would still remain on the books as asserts. and can be retired in the future when the company is more solvent and prepared to do so.

The company needed to increase the AS to pay debt .Thats a good thing .Just because the debtor is paid does not mean the debt is over . Now the company needs to pay back its loyal shareholders
Using buyback shares as treasury shares allows the company time to expand and grow.
Ans as i said i bought this stock for a life time of achievements Nicholas Toms has completed.
Thanks SC

Bad, bad, bad idea.
The stigma is such that within days/hours even price will be back to 0.0001 again. In addition to acheiving absolutely nothing he will destroy his shareholder base & those within the Co who also hold share. Then he will be forced to lay all his cards on the table & even though good news, the damage will already be done.

#1
How many shares does Nic & Co. control?. If collectively they have plenty they should convert their existing shares to newly created preferred shares that have voting rights but no conversion back to common. The commons that he formerly owned to be retired. That will reduce AS but he still retains control.

#2
Very low key announcement for resumption of trading. Minimal announcements but enough to retain within SEC parameters. Without fuss starts buying back shares on a gradual basis. Even @ 1 cent he can purchase 2B shares with $20M. The shares he buys back are retired also & the shareprice is supported all the way through as AS comes down to a respectable figure.

#3
Long term, i.e. after 2 years he can think about going to a higher exchange & doing a 10:1, when & only when the price will support it, not before. In a case like that a R/S will be supported & be positive. If he is very PATIENT he can acheive this & retain a huge loyal shareholder base.

p.s. don't know if he has to cancel those existing shares rather than convert & create new preferred's but I am sure he can figure that all out.

tlo.

But NOW taking into condsideration the general sentiment towards large floats... would perhaps it be a still equally profitable (pending a strong and accelerating reflection of the New 'Updated' Capes performance) to Request a 10-1 Reverse Split!!

Huh? Request a R/S?

First of all... who does that shit?

Second... my pom-poms would catch fire.

Third... it's a HUGE mistake.

What a bunch of B/S.. Is this your way of saying that Nic told you we are going to have an R/S IIIIIFFFFF we trade again?

There's no way you would think an R/S would work to our advantage. Something else is behind this. And it don't smell good.
