Unless news hits during this rally...could be then testing resistance (not support as you suggest). One must look at all the possibilities before coming to a conclusion and making a decision.

What does it mean when the Full STO and Accum/Dist are very high but the on balance volume is low and decreasing?

Seems like mixed signals to me IMO as in there's probably a ton of investors on the sidelines (like you) but I don't know...
