The answer is NO!! But really all you have to do is to look at the SEC filings that these company's do. If you see a ton of 144 sellers or 5 or 6 S 8 filings yearly. Thats how the company makes there $$$$. They dont care about us. Yes and thats the problem with 95% of the pinks and BB. Look at MSITF they are comming out with 2 or 3 PRs weekly the stock in 5 months has gone from .0095 to .0023 slowly but they increased the S/O by 30% in that period of time. So if you look at MOBL and did some DD it jumps out as a good one. A while back they did some 424 filing but those shares were eaten up quick. Another decent one might be that TNOG but thats a shot in the dark if the oil flow # is good look at around .06 if not good .005. But these co. are doing something not just sitting around and selling S 8 shares to the newbies. And than the CEOs are yelling the NSS are killing us.
3825, If you want my vote I would prefer if Orange stayed on this board. I think he adds a lot of value here. IMO I think that he has handled himself very well here considering some of the adversity. I personally like to hear 2 sides to an argument, and I am seeing that here on this board.
