During the prior fiscal year, our common stock was quoted and traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "AAVG." The following table sets forth certain information as to the high and low bid quotations quoted on the Pink Sheets for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2010. Information with respect to over-the-counter bid quotations represents prices between dealers, does not include retail mark-ups, mark-downs or commissions, and may not necessarily represent actual transactions. Prices in the table take into account the one-for-100 reverse split of our common stock that occurred in the fall of 2009.

Hmmmmmm, let's compare for arguments sake AAVG's cash and cash equivalents for the last period to let's say ENS*'s just as an example, mind you :-).

AAVG: Cash and cash equivalents, end of period this year: $25,214, an increase over last year's $2,000 during the same end of period.

Let's look at ENS* which is currently trading at .08, with an estimated O/S of 386,261,108 as of May 2011.

Cash and cash equivalents, end of period for that stock is: $1,253, a decrease from last year's $3,859.

As it was posted on the board numerous times. I personally have spoken to IR and dilution is not an issue. Not only did I post the follow up email after the 20 min conversation, it also states he will be speaking with the TA to find out why they are not releasing info.
