WK, these numbers are wrong. There are 384 shareholders on this board. AAVG has 384 shareholders on the shareholder list from the TA, which includes Cede. They need to run a DTC report and get a "real" shareholder count. Ill bet AAVG is over 1000 and if not closer to 2000 shareholders.

If they have to do a proxy, they will know what this exact number.

384 is understated. This thing is close to 2000 in my guess.

Tell IR to run a DTC report and contact all the clearing firms for an exact report.

This higher shareholder count by the way is good news. The distribution and high shareholder count is great for the company.

What you have to look at, King, is how the shares are growing over time and whether they appear to have a reverse split in their future.

It looks pretty good here so far. There has been some dilution, but not too bad.
