LOL good one nobody3, Airdale1 I agree with what you are saying and showing on the dismissal, but you don't dismiss the plaintiff's claim because the defendant does not show up. I beleive it is the cross complaint that was dismissed and I would hope a ruling in Pilot Mountain favor would also happen as both the initial complaint and cross complaint would be handled at one hearing and if the defendants failed to show up the cross complaint was dismissed and a ruling on the initial lawsuit made?
At least I hope that is what happened here based on the docket.
