There is nothing on the judges calander for two weeks so this could a behind the doors event, and be done tomorow,

on the other hand there are 3 cross claiments and this could be for only one of them.

On May 12th, PCFG filed a "quiet title" on Pilot Mountain, in essence a lawsuit to confirm their legal ownership of said property.

In reading through the Court transcripts, Predator Silver recently filed a counterclaim. My take, is the counterclaim has been dismissed as of 06/30/11 by the Court and they will now allow PCFG's original claim to run its course through the system to determine the rightful owner.

I think today's action was positive for PCFG.
