me either but i did stay at a holiday in express last night. just like when no witness show up they had do proof or evdance evidence. decied not to waist any more money. they were just trying to step on the little guy.pcfg
I understand what you are saying and looking over the docket if that is correct then the defendant who filed a cross complaint was the part that was dismissed because they failed to show up in court on their cross complaint. Now the question is if they failed to show up for the cross complaint and that was dismissed was the actual complaint by Pilot Mountain ruled in their favor? both should have been handled at the same time I would think.
went to the wiki link you provided and based on that link and the docket time line it appears the defendants did not appear on the 27th and on the 29th the default motion was made. So now we wait on the default request rulling because if the Judge grants the default then based on what is explained in wiki link the ruling will be in favor of the party that made the motion and that it would affect both the initial complaint and cross complaint.
At least we know it is moving along at a pretty good rate.
