he may be honest, to a degree.. and he may never drive even 2 or 3 miles over the speed limit, which makes him law abiding, but just watching him asking, through chat rooms and other similar arenas, for more clients, makes me suspect about him on so many levels.
He should be made to disclose how much money he's recieved, and the people who paid him have that right, just as if only one person that pays his lawyer has the right to know what the financial facts are. He doesn't instill a lot of confidence in me at all.
He's your typical small time lawyer who hit it big with this scam. He knew nothing about the SEC when he was hired. What's his relationship to John Martin? Why pick someone who has no securities background. A relative, maybe??
