About 1 year ago the O/S was 173,023,494 shares... The current O/S is headed to 400,000,000 swiftly via the usual insider payouts and new convertible debt agreement

Imagine if they invested all this $$$ into mining like legit companies and not put it in their pockets?

What other mining company pays their Investor Relations guy $X,XXX,XXX in compensation when the stock has lost 75% since the shareholder meeting?... This is excessively irresponsible, even for a penny stock!... but then again it is PQs buddy, right? Gotta take care of your own, i guess
