Imo, PQ and SFMI crew is in the business of selling shares 1st, running a profitable company is a bonus. They still get paid success or fail, shareholders don't mean squat.
Prior history of dilution, raises of A/S, and no regards to common shareholders can't be denied.
This is a lotto play and a trading vehicle for the time being.

I realize the shady past and despite that there's always the "what if" potential of SFMI. I remember the failures of the old company but just recently stumbled across the legal proceeding filed against PQ for swing trading his own company in that old filing, so excuse me if that was hashed out or discussed since the morph into SFMI. I found it interesting, no?
