Well, I think that, until Jeff let Kendrick know that the money Dean gave him came from shareholders, I doubt he thought about it much at all. Do you think that Dean told him that he would dilute stock to raise money to give to him? Lying to shareholders about who was benefiting? My guess is that Dean simply said that he wanted to make a deal and gave him to believe that he had the money ready to hand over. I can't imagine that Kendrick would have made arrangements to spend all that money on research and development and testing, without believing the money would be there to pay the bills.
And, I can see where not having the money to cover expenses would hurt credibility for mineseeker and cause damage that would have to be repaired. Possibly in excess of the money already given.
Why blame Kendrick for Dean's failings?
What we have here is more proof of Joe's and Dean's duplicity, and you attack Kendrick.........strange choice. IMO
We also have more proof of Jeff's fight for shareholders...........
