"Arranged..... Under the guidance" that is double talk. It doesn't say they got the funding which they didn't. IMO.

It is not even trading, there is zero volume.

Comparisons to FMNJ aren't exactly flattering. That company's pps has only risen above .0001 once since October and it currently has a stop sign on PS.
