Manin is RIGHT. Bigger gains and easier to run a sell-side operation for a quick 100%-200% between .003 and .006 than it is to get the same results between .05 and .10.

Of course, everyone knows that. The problem is MOST of you THINK you can play the same game. But, you are not the HOUSE.

With undisclosed contracts for shares, you will NEVER know at what price they own shares at OR WILL aquire common shares from pref. shares AFTER the split. They could sit on the bid with their conversions, sell them for 50%-200% or more after conversion, and just when you think you can play the same game, they might just MOVE it down the ladder and do it all over again, leaving themselves at a lower bid still at the same profit with you at a permanant loss. Then, WHAM, when it's over, a Reverse split, just like the last 4 RS's. This can be a dangerous game. You are IN THE DARK.

The House will win. IMO.

i didnt say it was more likely, only that there would be a larger number of shares to potentially be dumped

and your right, it makes no difference before or after, and that exactly the point, but it gives more "wiggle room" given billions of shares and the enhanced ability to manipulate percentage wise, and therego potentially more profits
