Maninfla -- why is insider dumping more likley after the split? It makes no difference wether they dump today for .05/share or tomorrow with 33 times as many shares at .0015. The split does not mean they own proportionally more shares than they did before...

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
