That's not how this financing works. It's not what today's price is. It's at whatever the terms agreed upon by Iweb/Promark and the underwriters. Figure around 30 cents... But also...rumor is that they may have decided to get some operating/development money while they were at it so there may be more shares in this deal than just those for the buyout.
This "dilution" going on here may scare retail investors but the big money will look at this new company in the hottest tech sector and flush with cash and be very interested in investing.
