I know what your saying; but HONESTLY I have been in contact with ADSV and they have been rather optimistic with regard to Hoffer. They filed suits against both Hoffer and the landlord ( according to what VP Pellegrino told me) and he said that had new evidence and "many angles to go after Hoffer."
Just last week i was told that they were still in operations.
Someone is lying, who it is however, is still lays in the balance.
